     The original records, from 1847 through the closing of the church, are held by the New Orleans Archdiocese Archives, and include baptism, marriage, death, and confirmation records. Some records have been published in New Orleans Genesis. They include:

Additional information about the church:
     Holy Trinity Church was deconsecrated on March 31, 1997. The last church building (constructed in 1853) was located at 721 St. Ferdinand Street (between Dauphine and Royal Streets). The stained-glass windows were removed and the building was sold. Today the church building is known as the Marigny Opera House.
