After a highly successful career in accounting, management, and teaching,
our classmate Nick Genovese has embarked on a new career—writing romance novels.

Nick

Normally reticent, Nick explains the story line of his current romance novel to a transfixed Sue Larsen.

Mike Riemer reveals to a startled Mary Olivier that Nick's next historical plot
will involve the staff of an award-winning high school newspaper.

Concerned, Gail Sensebe alerts Ike Mayer that one of Nick's mystery plots
involves poisoned cake at a high school reunion.

Norm Hellmers tries again to explain the plot of Nick's latest romance novel
to a still perplexed Sue Larsen.

A fascinated Darlene Blakeway watches as Charlie Romano demonstrates
the "Nick Genovese Romance Novel" app on his new iPhone.

Frank and Mona Hoffmann enjoy reading an early copy of Nick's novelette
based on his high school love life, Confessions of a Flagbearer.

George Daigle, worried about his privacy, warns Nick:
"Listen you little twerp, I don't want the details of my life showing up in one of your cheap paperbacks."

Linda Gaudet is surprised that Nick’s steamy romance novel based on her high school years
starts out “Once upon a time.”

Norm Hellmers is startled when Nick suggests that Norm's relationship with Mike Riemer
may be the subject of an "alternative" romance novel. Mike seems unconcerned.

Nick assures John Salisbury and Charlie Romano that he will not use their real names when he writes a novel based on their high school capers dressed as Batman and Robin.

A well-meaning Ike Mayer encourages Nick
to return to accounting.

Thanks, Nick, for letting us have a little fun at your expense.
We love you and wish you all the best in your writing career.
