Nicholas A. Genovese, Jr.
Nicholas A. Genovese, Jr. was born March 23, 1943, and graduated
from F. T. Nicholls in June 1961. He graduated from LSUNO in May 1965 with
a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. He got his first job at the
La. Department of Revenue in June 1965 as a Revenue Auditor. He was promoted
into management in 1974 and held the positions of District Director, Collections
Manager, and Audit Manager. He obtained a Certified Public Accountant license
in 1974 and a Certified Public Manager License in 1984. He has been teaching
part time college level accounting courses since 1975 and is currently on
the Faculty part time at Tulane University since 1983. In 1995, Nick received
a Master Degree in Business Administration from UNO. Nick is now retired
from his Revenue job but still teaches part time at Tulane. Nick is the recipient
of the Outstanding Professor Award for Excellence in Teaching in 1988 and
again in 2005. He is pursuing a new career and has joined the Romance Writers
of America, Inc., and hopes to be a successful writer of romance novels. |
