Frank Casper Hemelt, Vice President of Industrial Welding Supply, passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2007, at the age of 63. He is survived by his beloved wife, Cynthia Orillion Hemelt; his daughter and son-in-law, Kai Hemelt Theriot and Matthew J. Theriot; four grandchildren, Matthew Joseph Theriot, II, Maximilian Joseph Theriot, Michael Joseph Theriot, and Anne-Marie Therese Theriot; his sister June Hemelt Walker. Mr. Hemelt, a native of New Orleans, was preceded in death by his parents.
       
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation and Funeral Mass. Visitation will be at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 724 Camp Street on Friday, March 16, 2007 beginning at 1:00 p.m. and concluding with the Funeral Mass at 2:30 P.M. Interment will follow in St. Roch #1 Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Masses preferred.

Frank C. Hemelt, 63, a member of the AWS New Orleans Section and vice president of Industrial Welding Supply (IWS), died March 14. A graduate of Tulane University, he spent more than 30 years in the welding supply business, starting at Woodward Wight then Mon-Arc Welding before joining IWS. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia; daughter, Kai; a sister, June H. Walker; and four grandchildren.
