Robert L. Poitevent Jr. passed away on Friday, September 17, 2010, age 69. Husband by former marriage to Jacquelyn Fiorello Poitevent. Father of Byron J. Poitevent and the late Robert J. Poitevent. Son of the late Robert L. Poitevent and Hazel Hunt Poitevent. Grandfather of Olivia, Audrey and Sophia Poitevent.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (in Metairie Cemetery), on Saturday, September 25, 2010, at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park. Visitation on Saturday, September from 11:00 am until service time.
