Edmond E. Talazac, Jr., an outside salesman for Chisesi Bros. Meat Packaging Co., died Sunday of a heart attack at Pendleton Memorial Methodist Hospital. He was 59. Mr. Talazac was a lifelong resident of New Orleans. He was a graduate of Nicholls High School. He was a Marine Corps veteran. Survivors include three sons, Michael, David and Vincent Talazac; his mother, Elaine Truxillo Talazac; two sisters, Anita T. Brechtel and Judith T. Bourgeois; and four grandchildren. A funeral will be held today at 1 p.m. at Jacob Schoen & Son Funeral Home, 3827 Canal St. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Louis Cemetery No. 3.
