Wilson “Sonny” Joseph Waguespack, Jr. Age 64. Born January 13, 1944 to the
late Wilson Joseph and Helen Bacon Waguespack, passed away on Saturday, June
14, 2008, at his home with his beloved family. He is survived by his dearly
adored wife of 41 years, Lorraine Hosch Waguespack. Father of Tonia Waguespack,
Costa (Tim), and Tiffany Waguespack Mire (Heath). He will forever be missed
by his four surviving grandchildren which he loved dearly: Ashley Pursell,
Maylen, Chancelor, and Landen Mire. Brother of Macy Waguespack Faciane and
Thomas Leo Waguespack. Sonny is survived by sister-in-laws Carolyn Hosch
Reed, Doris Hosch Gabriel, Terry Reggio Waguespack, and brother-in-laws,
Donald S. Reed, Roland E. Hosch, Jack S. Faciane, as well as numerous nieces
and nephews. Graduate of St. Mary Dominican College, Veteran of the Air Force,
former Deputy with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's office, and a Maritime
Safety Consultant. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend
a Funeral Mass at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 5100 Pontchartrain
Blvd. (in Metairie Cemetery) on Monday, June 16, 2008 at 2:00 PM. Visitation
Monday afternoon from 12 Noon until funeral time. Interment will follow in
