Diane Frazier Arthurs, at the age of 65 years, on Sunday, April 12, 2009. Beloved wife of William "Bill" Arthurs, Jr. Loving mother of Katherine Elizabeth Arthurs, Alison Marie Arthurs, and Carolyn Theresa Arthurs. Grandmother of Matthew David Callahan. Daughter of the late Lois Chellette Frazier and Clifton Frazier. Step-daughter of Margaret Frazier. Sister of Glen, John, Robert, Michael, and the late Paul Frazier. A native of New Orleans and a resident of Metairie for the past 39 years, she taught for 29 years at Parkway Presbyterian Preschool. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral. A Mass will be celebrated at 1 pm on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, 6425 West Metairie Ave., Metairie, LA 70003.
