Former wife of Anthony Clark. Daughter of the late Lorraine Orthmann and Ralph A. Holmes, Sr. Granddaughter of the late Janette and Louie Orthmann. Also survived by 8 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral services at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 West Virtue Street, Chalmette, LA 70043, on Monday, September 12, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens. Visitation from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Monday. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, preferred.
