She was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Metairie for the past 47 years. Beloved wife of 47 years to Deputy Richard "Richie" A. Lotuso, JPSO. Mother of Rhonda L. Burns (husband William) and the late Roxanne L. Zenzer (husband Michael). Daughter of the late Joachim and Theolia Santos. Sister of Joe Santos and Amelia Gassen. Grandmother of Amanda Marie Burns, Brittany Elizabeth Arant, William Richard Burns and Olivia Catherine Burns. Godmother of Arthur "Art" Gassen III. Relatives, friends, and employees of Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office and Kemper Insurance Co. are invited to attend a Funeral Mass in the Chapel of L. A. Muhleisen and Son Funeral Home, 2929 Metairie Rd., Metairie, on Monday, January 24, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Interment in St. Mary Cemetery, New Orleans.
