Gail Frances Broussard, a homemaker, died Saturday of lung cancer at her home. She was 60. Mrs. Broussard was born in New Orleans and lived in Slidell for the past 35 years. She was a former secretary for Arny’s Appliance Service. Survivors include her husband, Arny L. Broussard III; a son, Corey M. Broussard; a daughter, Mary B. Scaffidi; a sister, Janice U. Presly of Ripley, Okla.; and a grandchild. A funeral will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd., Slidell. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
