O'Brien was descended from the Irish immigrant, Patrick O'Brien. This
website includes information on the roots of the O'Brien family. Patricia O'Brien Hellmers is the great-great-great-granddaughter of Patrick O'Brien (1791-1851). She and her husband Norman have been researching the O'Brien family for over 50 years. In the process of this research, information and a number of documents have been gathered that might be of use to other O'Brien family researchers. Other documents will be added to this list as time permits. Suggestions for corrections and addtions are invited. |
